We were difficult customers, intentionally. Past negative history with dealerships gives us anxiety just thinking about going to another one. But this time it wasn’t a bad experience. I made contact with Ronnie in June 2025 with a list of things we needed to have in.a newer vehicle. He did his best over 2.5 months to meet that list. We finally found a truck within our budget for the next 3 years and it had all the things on our list. Ronnie stayed in constant contact but was not intrusive or annoying about it. Even when we had a family issue and we couldn’t think about new trucks he stayed in contact sending best wishes for our family. Ronnie is likable, always professionally dressed and is the sole reason for going back to Campbell Ford. There were other instances with other named employees that almost kept us from coming back. It was Ronnie that brought us back for the final purchase. We will come back when ready to trade in for another truck - IF Ronnie is still there. Several years ago I stopped at Campbell Ford but never felt important to anyone so I left. Several months later I stopped again but still felt the same. I swore I’d never go back. Then several years later felt important to anyone so I left. Several months later I stopped again but still felt the same. I swore I’d never go back. Then several years later I decided to give them a try once again and that’s when I met Eric Blad. He was very personable, kind, he listened to my needs, found the perfect vehicle for me. A few months later we went to him for a second vehicle. Several years went by and I was involved in an accident that totaled one of my vehicles. I contacted Eric. He was able to connect me with a vehicle that was a perfect fit for me once again. He knows his clients needs, remembers it even if it’s years later, goes above and beyond what’s expected, and becomes more than a salesman. He became a good friend too. He’s become someone that we trust and definitely recommend to others, that might be in need of a vehicle. Thank you Eric for all you do and to Campbell Ford for hiring him in the first place.
