Failed to perform I test drove a 2017 Certified Pre-owned Escape on 12/29. when I got back with the vehicle I told Carl Gilbert that I like the vehicle, but the rear wi I test drove a 2017 Certified Pre-owned Escape on 12/29. when I got back with the vehicle I told Carl Gilbert that I like the vehicle, but the rear window defogger only worked on the bottom two wires. I was assured that they would fix that. I went in on 12/30 and put a down payment on the vehicle and did all of the purchase paperwork prior to getting my check from the insurance company from a total. I stopped in a few days later with some paperwork and reminded Carl that the rear defogger needed to be fixed. He said thanks for reminding him and he would get that taken care of before I picked up the Escape. I made the assumption that repairs were made, and Carl thought it was. Fast forward to 2/7. First snow since I picked up the Escape. Turned on the defogger...same thing, bottom two wires only. They bent over backwards to get my check, but fell flat on their face on service. Now I have to schedule a repair appointment for something that should already be fixed. The service department determined that several grids were damaged and the rear window needed to be replaced, Placed that info in the repair records. That's all the farther it went. Now I'm waiting for management to OK a new rear window. More

Excellent experience at Campbell Ford Being unhappy with another vehicle that I had recently purchased from another dealer I went to Campbell Fords website to search for a new vehicle. The Being unhappy with another vehicle that I had recently purchased from another dealer I went to Campbell Fords website to search for a new vehicle. They had exactly what I was looking for so I went out to the dealership. I was greeted by Erik Blad and explained to him what my situation was with my current vehicle and what vehicle I was interested in that they had on their lot. With a lot of negative equity in my current vehicle I wasn’t sure they would be able to do anything. I was very thrilled when they worked a deal with numbers that were very acceptable to me so purchased a new Ford Edge. Everyone at Campbell Ford was very courteous and friendly. My whole experience with Erik was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had at a dealership in a long time. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be going back to this dealership. More
