Great experience working with the team at Gateway Nissan. Did not experience the pressure we had at other local dealerships. Gateway Nissan did not have the exact features in a Rogue we wanted, but the team Did not experience the pressure we had at other local dealerships. We were impressed with how Bill went and got his Santa Cruz to let us check out the vehicle. We ordered a Sand colored one but but received a phone call stating that there was a White one coming in with Cruz to let us check out the vehicle. We ordered a Sand colored one but but received a phone call stating that there was a White one coming in with all the extras that we wanted and we had our name put on this. We took delivery on 11/8/2022 and Bill did an excellent job on explaining how everything worked. We have a total of 412 miles on it and so far we are loving it More

Jordan was THE PERFECT service associate to work with! He listened intently on my wants and needs, was respectful of my “shopper type” and didn’t attempt to apply unnecessary pressure! He wasn’t there “to make a sale” but was there to assist me in finding “MY” perfect vehicle! He made this experience and easy (as can be, as car shopping is stressful regardless) and smooth purchase! This is my second purchase with Gateway, and both experiences have been amazing!! I was working with another local dealership (and had purchased there previously, with a similar experience) at the beginning of this “shop” and Jordan set the bar on a different level!
