Better circumstances I have to start off saying the staff was great. I went in because I got a call they could try to get me a better deal then when I came in in Feb. I wanted a newer equinox but my preference was a keep patriot . I was told that I could not get the car for the payment I wanted. I had seen the trax at an event, but it was the 2016 and different interior then 2017. I love that the trax is awd which I was looking for but I went at 7pm only test drive the one I least. I was disappointed that I could not get into another equinox. That trax is nice much smaller , I would have liked to know that there were different models, I was not shown the premier or told that there is a car with bells and whitstles which would have made the downgrade easier to swallow. I was looking at a patriot with sun roof ,fog lights,heated seats and DVD player for 20$ more then my payment ,instead I got a standard awd trax, not knowing that there was a higher model with some of the features the trax premier, I would have loved for the payment I have. Again, I have to say sales people were great but did not give me enough information for me to make a better decision. My other mistake was that I went at 7 pm and my daughter had to be picked up at a friends at 9, so the whole thing was rushed. I wish they cared about the customer and not the sale,like jeep did. More

It"s one thing to like a car but when a salesman like Bill treats your friend like he is a special person , its worth spending some time to see if you can come up with a deal that is fair to both. Let's face it , a car is something you don't buy very often but when you need to spend those big hard earned dollars, you want to do it where you feel welcome & appreciated. When I arrived back I was disappointed that Bill was busy with another customer but he immediately apologized & gave me to another salesman named Ed. Although I was reluctant to give Bill up, I soon realized that Ed was quite knowledgeable , sincere & cared what was best for me & just not the dealership. Although I am sure the rest of the staff are very much the same , I can honestly sat that Ed & Bill are one of the best of the best & will make your car purchasing a pleasant experience.
