"Dealership next to none" Little did I know that the night before when I accompanied a friend to look at a Chevrolet that I would be back the next day purchasing one for myself Little did I know that the night before when I accompanied a friend to look at a Chevrolet that I would be back the next day purchasing one for myself. It"s one thing to like a car but when a salesman like Bill treats your friend like he is a special person , its worth spending some time to see if you can come up with a deal that is fair to both. Let's face it , a car is something you don't buy very often but when you need to spend those big hard earned dollars, you want to do it where you feel welcome & appreciated. When I arrived back I was disappointed that Bill was busy with another customer but he immediately apologized & gave me to another salesman named Ed. Although I was reluctant to give Bill up, I soon realized that Ed was quite knowledgeable , sincere & cared what was best for me & just not the dealership. Although I am sure the rest of the staff are very much the same , I can honestly sat that Ed & Bill are one of the best of the best & will make your car purchasing a pleasant experience. Very Happy Customers ! Didn't set out to buy a car this morning...was only going to Stop & Shop....on my my mind was making my disabled husband happy and less stressful...so Didn't set out to buy a car this morning...was only going to Stop & Shop....on my my mind was making my disabled husband happy and less stressful...so, went back to the dealer I've used before and upon getting out of the car, a very nice man greeted us ..I began to explain my needs to Bill and within minutes he understood and began to make suggestions. He was very patient and caring and we decided on the vehicle I needed and the rest is history. I came home with a very happy husband, and a beautiful new car...and the knowledge that indeed Lester Glenn was still the greatest dealership and their employees extremely patient and interested in the customer.
