The staff from the first internet phone call and appointment, our sales person Bill and the management were very understanding and attentive to our needs. I feel we got the absolute best price we could for the vehicle with no back and forth haggling. The vehicle was ready for us as promised and Bill thoroughly went through all the features, making sure my wife understood everything prior to leaving the lot. During the financing portion and final paperwork, Dominic was very easy to deal with and again made sure the terms and available “extras” available were covered with no pressure. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and trust me there have been many! Thank you and we already are more impressed with the 2018 Chevy Traverse Premier we purchased.
