Joe the manager was super nice and also helped us with the numbers we were looking to work with and he helped us to stay right around our price range. Nick in Finance worked everything out with the bank and kept our payments in the range we were looking for. It was just an overall wonderful experience. Bill even called the next day to check with us if there were anymore questions about our vehicle. They really go over and above to meet all your needs with NO HASSLE. I had dealt with Bill in 2016 when I first moved to Ocean County a I called Bill Caffyn several days ago to inquire about a left over 2018 Equinox. I had dealt with Bill in 2016 when I first moved to Ocean County and he handled that purchase in a very professional manner. This purchase was even better than the first. Not only did Bill go above and beyond what he provided in 2016, he did such a good job that I drove out of the lot with a 2019 Equinox. Bill took care of everything including contacting my insurance company and had my new insurance card ready for me to drive the car home that day. Over the last 2 years my experience with Lester Glenn's staff & departments has been exceptional. More
