Had an awesome experience from the start! We ran into Matt in the lot and he was extremely personable and asked if we wanted to test drive any of the vehicles we were interested in. Bill then came out with the keys and walked us through the different models and explained the different features. We had no intention of buying a new car that day; however, I really loved the ride of the Silverado, the numbers looked great, but most of all I felt so much mutual respect. We never felt pressured, and every team member was extremely nice. It really made for a comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience. I would tell anyone to check out Lester Glenn for their car needs! More
