Bill Caffyn really went above and beyond and offered to drive our vehicle to us (and we live a good distance from the dealership)!! It was so helpful for us to not have to go to the dealership. They made it very easy to do most of the paperwork and payment online/over the phone with only minimal paperwork to sign upon receipt of our vehicle.
