He was polite and never condescending! I drove a hard bargain and he worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. It was actually better than I planned! I would definitely buy from Bill again. The only frustration was with the finance man. We have great credit. He told me the best he could do was 5.9%…. Until I told him to check other places, he was just there to make money. We got 4.5%.
