I felt comfortable throught the entire experience, from beinning to end. I highly recommend both Betty and Five Star Ford. Additionally, the Sync class was also an excellent "customer service" dealership feature. Overall, this tells me Five Star Ford and its Sales Staff are "in touch" with the entire customer experience and not just into making the sale. More

Bas all of our questions. In fact, I contacted her while I was on business trip in San Antonio, and we spoke several times while I was out of town. Based on our telephone conversations, and e-mail messages, she had a few trucks available for my wife and me to look at. She was genuinely concerned about cost and options that we were interested in and did not rush our decision making process. She spent a great deal of time showing us the options and demonstrating them on the truck we purchased, showed us the web site for sync my ride. I too am in the customer service business, and I was very impressed with Betty's exceptional customer service. In the past, purchasing cars has always been somewhat of a stressful and painful experience; however, Betty made this a pleasant experience even though this was an expensive purchase. We are very pleased with our new F-150 truck and appreciative to have worked with such a pleasant and informative sales person. Betty is great! I will recommend 5 Star Ford and Betty to any friends, family or acquaintances that are wanting to make a purchase. No doubt I will seeking Betty's assistance when I make my next purchase. More

I purchased a used Ford F-150 from Five Star Ford on Monday. I found the truck on the internet and worked with Betty Watkins in the Sales Department. Betty was great to work with. She was very knowle Monday. I found the truck on the internet and worked with Betty Watkins in the Sales Department. Betty was great to work with. She was very knowledgable about the truck and had all the answers to my questions we discussed on the phone. After the purchase was complete, Betty stepped me through all the features of the vehicle. Dealing with Betty and Five Star Ford was the best vehicle purchase experience I have had thus far. In particular, I appreciated Betty being forthright and answering all my questions honestly (something not always felt after a car purchase). I recommend others to contact Betty if they want a good car purchasing experience. More
