He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable & amiable & made sure I got everything done to complete the lease buyout, including all DMV paperwork & sales tax, which I would’ve had to take care of Myself if I had just paid it off through MBFS as advised. I had leased My Mercedes from another dealer prior to moving here 4 years ago & MBLN has been Our go to for all Our vehicle needs since. They really made the whole process easy & painless & made sure My car was safety checked while I did the paperwork & washed it! ASM, Cesar Romo, did great! However, I have some issues with the CPO “Certification” process and wonder what was actually done? My service issue should have been part of the CPO However, I have some issues with the CPO “Certification” process and wonder what was actually done? My service issue should have been part of the CPO Certification, but somehow I had to pay $350 for this apparent oversight only 4300 miles after paying cash for the vehicle and the extended CPO Warranty. The dealer did pay half on paper, but I shouldn’t have had to pay the other half, as it was checked off on the CPO itemized customer certification. 🤔 More

Always responsive. Every time I go for service, I am quickly greeted by a service person who learns what I need and speedily helps me. I even go in to have my tire pressure adjusted and rbey whisk my car away and have it back in 10 minutes. Last time I was in, I had a slow leaking tire, one id replaced 5 months before. My service technician gave me a cost of $420 and it would take about 2 hours if I wanted to wait. I chose to wait and when he came and got me after only one hour fifteen minutes (underpromise/overdeliver) he had checked my tire warranty and I was only responsible to pay for the labor, $74! I was very happy with that. These guys run an efficient, friendly business. More
