Horrible experience I purchased a CPO discovery from them and I live in another state. Sales person told me tires were in great shape and car was nearly perfect. It arrived and you had to turn the steering wheel to the right to go straight, the touch screen froze up all the time and when I took it to the dealership service locally they said it needed new tires. There were only 16,000 miles on the car. They are being cheap and fighting me over the tires and don’t care I have no vehicle while they take their time to (not) resolve it. GM seems to care nothing about customer service and wants me to wait two more days with no resolution because his service manager is out. So far it will be a total of 6 days without a car, without a resolution and without a loaner. The GM is certainly capable of resolving this but choosing not to. They don’t seem to care a bit. I would never buy a car from them again More
