I had been looking at used Chevrolet Bolts for quite a while but had never pulled the trigger on buying one. Then I happened to come across a brand-new 2027 Chevrolet Bolt at Jim Norton Chevrolet that was while but had never pulled the trigger on buying one. Then I happened to come across a brand-new 2027 Chevrolet Bolt at Jim Norton Chevrolet that was priced very competitively—not much more than some of the used Bolts I had been considering. Since we live in Northwest Arkansas and had more than a two-hour drive to the dealership, I wanted to make sure the Bolt was still available before making the trip. They confirmed that it was and stayed in constant communication with me leading up to our visit, making sure everything was ready when we arrived. Once my wife and I test-drove the Bolt and decided we wanted to purchase it, the entire process was very easy. At no point did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle, and they didn't push any of the extras either. They simply presented the available options and allowed us to make our own decisions, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that I was charged a document fee that was supposed to have been waived as part of our negotiations. I didn't take away any stars for that because I also should have caught it when reviewing the paperwork before signing. Overall, we had a great experience with Jim Norton Chevrolet. They were easy to work with, professional, and made the buying process straightforward and low-pressure. I would definitely recommend them to others, and for us, they were well worth the 2+ hour drive from Northwest Arkansas. More
