I liked Brianna, I didn't like being passed around to different people once the sale price was agreed on. I did not like that I felt being take advantage of with warranties, I felt like was a shell game. different people once the sale price was agreed on. I did not like that I felt being take advantage of with warranties, I felt like was a shell game. then after the sale I was given another person, Joe, to show us the vehicle, it was more about onstar and the radio. not enough operation instructions. Next day when it rained, I couldn't figure out how turn on the wipers. we had to slow the process- too eager to make end of month quota. Like coming in to sign papers on the 30th just to show a sale. TOO MUCH of - we're giving you this and taking off of that and adding this and that. I like my car but still feel like we were taken advantage of with all the 'included' so called feebies and warranties. I only put yes as a recommendation because there is no MAYBE. We went there because its close and if we have an issue, its 10 minutes away. More
