I really liked the sales process, it was quick and you only deal with one person and dealer fees are told to you up front. The day after I bought it, I had to spend $800 on repairs. I had wanted a 2nd key only deal with one person and dealer fees are told to you up front. The day after I bought it, I had to spend $800 on repairs. I had wanted a 2nd key and they told me it wasn't a chipped key & it was. Their service dept did end up getting me a key and did install a new drive shaft that I had bought. There was a vibration when driving, I asked them if they drove it, they said they did, but as soon as I drove it, I could tell they didn't. I called the sales manager 3 times to see if they had checked it out and no one responded. They didn't reimburse me for my repairs. Although I liked the buying process, I'm not sure if I would trust them with buying a used vehicle again that they said was checked out. More

I have used this dealership for the last 15 years and have purchased several vehicles through them. I always use Ben Pugliesi as my salesman and he has never steered me wrong. I live an hour away from there and will still make the drive to get the high quality service I know Ben and the dealership has always given me. Rivard Buick GMC is my top-rated dealership, and I’ve been purchasing vehicles for 50 years. I had been searching for a new GMC Yukon Denali to replace mine. There has been a shortage of Yukons for nea been purchasing vehicles for 50 years. I had been searching for a new GMC Yukon Denali to replace mine. There has been a shortage of Yukons for nearly a year, and I was adamant about the colors and accessories I wanted. The Rivard salesman I found was Ben Pugliesi, and am I glad I did. He listened intently on exactly what I was looking for in my new Denali. He worked with me for several months and finally located my SUV. On the transaction day, I arrived and the paperwork and vehicle orientation took less than forty-five minutes. I was given blue book price for my trade-in, and that process simply took me turning over the keys and signing the transfer documents. I totally recommend Rivard Buick GMC for outstanding professional treatment and tremendously reasonable pricing. More
