I overall had a good experience but my Salesman Carter was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was pursuing. He was only able to tell me the information that your website said about the vehicle. Fo was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was pursuing. He was only able to tell me the information that your website said about the vehicle. For future reference it would make a buyer more comfortable if the salesman is knowledgeable about the car they are trying to sell and confident in the information they are telling. I asked multiple questions and he acted like he knew the answer but then minutes later took back what he said. My specific vehicle had many recalls and when trying to learn more about if those recalls were fixed or what exactly they were he wasn’t able to tell me. It makes a buyer more willing to purchase a vehicle if they are confident in what they’re getting and not feel like they’re just another quota to meet for the salesmen. I was impressed with Ben Meyer who helped me with the finance side of the vehicle. He was very patient and tries his hardest in getting me the best deal and making sure my monthly payment was as low as it could be. More
