Had several issues with a brand new truck. Had to take our back to be fixed. Left bolts out after putting a leaving kit on. I asked to keep the tires that came on truck and was told I received a $500 credit for the tires that came on the truck. However, the tires that came on the truck were $1,000, so I lost $500 on the old tires because I only got a $500 credit for them (they only had 300-400 miles on them) and bought the new/bigger tires that turned out to not be the size I wanted. Usually a good experience but not this time. More
