He worked towards final delivery and helped make sure that additional accessories and options I had ordered were delivered on time and installed with top quality. He went through the car and explained me all the options not only the first day I walked in, but while we were test driving, and on the last day when I picked my brand new car. I am very satisfied with Ben French's service and appreciate his honesty and eagerness to get the car I wanted. When I came in to the dean team i was expecting to be treated like I was at the other Hyundai dealerships. But I was wrong. I was properly help in a timely fashion and was elated.
