Upon arrival we were My husband and I visited Dean Team Hyundai as our second stop in a long list of dealers/vehicles we were planning to test drive. Upon arrival we were greeted by Frank Povis who promptly brought around the Gray Tuscon we wanted to test drive. Frank was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, answering all of our questions, including the ones we didn't ask, but needed answers for. With a little coaxing from the store manager, we decided to end our test driving at Dean Team and purchase the Tuscon, largely as a result of the great service we had received. The financing piece with Adam could not have been easier, I may even go so far as to say it was enjoyable. We are so happy with our Tucson and either the exceptional service we received from Frank and the rest of the folks at Dean Team. More

Great Experience with Dean Team Ben French and Tom Fascetti were AMAZING! They were patient and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. They asked questions to understand what Ben French and Tom Fascetti were AMAZING! They were patient and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. They asked questions to understand what my needs were and explained the differences between the models I was interested in - recommended the best option for me. I also met several of the employees from the receptionist to the salesmen to the service department. I will definitely recommend Dean Team to anyone looking for a new car! More

Great Experience I knew what I wanted, but I couldn’t exactly define it. I was looking for that pre-owned vehicle that 1) “Didn’t Look Too Used”, 2) “Didn’t have Too I knew what I wanted, but I couldn’t exactly define it. I was looking for that pre-owned vehicle that 1) “Didn’t Look Too Used”, 2) “Didn’t have Too Many Miles” and 3) “Didn’t Cost Too Much”. Although defining “Too” was difficult, I felt that “I’d know it when I saw it”. I had a list of vehicles (researched online) that I wanted to see, but they were all over the board with regard to make and model. Ben French introduced himself and offered to help, when he saw me wandering around the lot (on a Saturday). He patiently helped as I checked out all of the cars on my “interest list”. We then went into the store and he helped me search for more vehicles that might make my list. Not being able to decide, I set a time to come back (on Monday) and take at least one of the vehicles out for a longer/highway test-drive. On Monday, we worked out the details and I made a purchase. In addition to Ben, I also had conversations with Tim Riley (Sales Manager) and Tom Fascetti (General Manager). Both of whom helped with my comfort regarding both the vehicle and the purchase process. I really appreciate the No Pressure sales approach at Dean Team. This was the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased at Dean Team Hyundai and I will definitely go back when I need another. More
