I was happy the Wayne Akers Service Department had time to look into my check engine light issue. And I was happy they had the replacement part in stock and were able to complete the repair quickly. Service was slow to nonexistent on a recall. I’m still waiting and have been unable to speak to anyone. I also paid $650 for a repair that two weeks later was the subject of a recall.
