Things went fairly well although it would have been better if the dealership honored the KBB appraisal price on my trade in- was the $500 you reduced it by really all that important to your bottom line better if the dealership honored the KBB appraisal price on my trade in- was the $500 you reduced it by really all that important to your bottom line? Belmin's a good fellow, but he did seem distracted some of the time & his full attention would have made for a more comfortable experience. More
