He continues to line up the cars we are looking at, puts different methods of purchasing together and the personnel touch of going over the vehicle and follow up. He will pick you up get anything delivered to you and really goes the extra mile. The financing group is also excellent with the different options they have to purchase. Evaluation team does a speedy review of your vehicle and get the best price they can offer, sometimes you still have to "go back and forth" but that is part of the car buying experience. I will say it is best to set up and appointment to get the best experience, just showing up is OK if you are just looking at inventory, but to drive and haggle you really need the appointment do your time is best spent working with sales and not waiting. This dealership is very busy and you can really experience some long wait times 2 to 3 hours if you don't make an appointment. Bayo will also let you know the best time and day to come in where he can spend that extra time with you one on one. More

Bayo taught us a lot about purchasing and leasing a Ford product which I am very thankful for. I went to Tasca thinking I would leave with a purchased vehicle and in debt with my credit union. Bayo gave us options which we had not considered prior to searching for a vehicle. He showed us five or six vehicles we were interested in to purchase (new and old). He educated us on the value of leasing a NEW Tasca vehicle. With the high rate of Providence taxes, we quickly decided to lease our new vehicle, a Ford Edge. We test drove three or four cars before deciding on our new Edge. Bayo was more than patient with us as we arrived at 10:00 am and left at about 6:00 pm. We had lunch on Bayo and Tasca and didn't mind the eight hours we spent with Bayo. No pressure from Bayo and Tasca. Thank you Tasca for having people like Bayo Dina on your staff. Thanks to management for greeting us when we arrived before introducing us to Bayo. More

Love this dealership My lease was nearing its end when I received a call from Daria at the Tasca Group asking if I wanted to review my options. I said yes and I chos My lease was nearing its end when I received a call from Daria at the Tasca Group asking if I wanted to review my options. I said yes and I chose an appointment for a couple of days later. We arrived at the dealership about 15min early, parked right in front, and entered through the front door. The dealership was clean and well staffed. They even have a cafeteria. I was greeted immediately and Tony arrived in less than a minute. He introduced us to Bayo Dina, who would walk us through all of our options. Bayo was gregarious and knowledgable. He reviewed our current lease agreement and informed us of the options. We wanted to continue to lease so Bayo showed us several vehicles. 2018's as well as 2019's. He informed us of ways to reduce the price of the lease and encouraged us to test drive at least one vehicle. We opted for a 2018 top of the line sports model EDGE. It listed for $14,000 more than the 2015 we were surrendering, but we ended up paying just about the same for the 3 year 45,000 mile lease. This made us very happy. The financing with Andrew was a breeze. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours though it did not seem that long. Bayo stayed with us the entire time, never took a break, never took lunch and I happened to hear him cancel an appointment so that he could finish with us. He never seemed rushed and happily answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining all the Gadgets/options on the vehicle. We felt like we had made a new friend.
