Salesman (Basem) was very friendly and helpful, he was very Knowledgeable about the CRV vehicle we bought. After we bought the vehicle and we’re ready to leave we only got one key fob. Not very straightforward dealership and very casual regarding the treatment of customers, at least this customer. We were treated from the very beginning, even as cash customers, with a "take it or lea regarding the treatment of customers, at least this customer. We were treated from the very beginning, even as cash customers, with a "take it or leave it" attitude which was very disappointing. Additionally, the car that we ended up purchasing has a VIN number that belongs to the Puerto Rico market, not the USA market, but we were not told about it upfront. We ended up finding out going to a KIA dealership and calling KIA Motors of Puerto Rico, the KIA distributor in Puerto Rico, to obtain additional information as KIA USA could not as they don't the VIN number in their system. So, long story short, if the car needs warranty work, it will be a hassle as any KIA USA service shop will need to contact KIA Puerto Rico. We should have been told about this upfront. According to the General Sales Manager, when we brought this issue to his attention, he indicated that they didn't check the VIN number as it was a trade in vehicle. He offered to exchange the vehicle to another Kia Niro or to refund us the monies paid. The first option was not acceptable as the available vehicle had more signs of wear and tear as it was a former rental vehicle. The second was also not an option because our daughter was already in love with the car, a gift for her, and she didn't want to start from the beginning again. Buyer beware!! More

I trusted this dealership because it is a well known dealership. Sadly, they were out to scam me from the start. They acted shady during the entire process added, being vague about many details (I'msure dealership. Sadly, they were out to scam me from the start. They acted shady during the entire process added, being vague about many details (I'msure to confuse and throw me off), gave me horrible advice that would only benefit them, AND added over $5000 of extra charges on my purchase without my knowledge and permission. I'm shocked that dealerships are able to do things like this. Especially when I was very upfront about what I want, my expectations and goals...and especially my financial status. They had several staff members speak with me during the process.. I can't remember all of their names. Looking back it was a strategy to see who can gain my trust because I started noticing the intensity of their shadiness and started to call them out on it. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know. EVER. More

Everyone treated us as if we were special. Maria worked at getting us in the car we wanted. Steve and Mike made the financing happen even though we started out over $100 over our budget. You put my wife in at getting us in the car we wanted. Steve and Mike made the financing happen even though we started out over $100 over our budget. You put my wife in the car of her dreams in honor of her father. Thank you so much. The only thing was we were there for 5.5 hrs. More
