I'm very demanding when buying a new car and Basel answered every question and took an inordinate amount of time explaining the features to my wife and I. From initial contact to driving off of the lot Basel was a consummate professional. Zero sales pressure! I will be back in the next 3 to 5 years for my next Mercedes purchase. More

From the moment I walked in, the staff (Basel and Scott) greeted me warmly with g Grapevine, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff (Basel and Scott) greeted me warmly with genuine smiles, setting a welcoming tone. Unlike other dealerships, there was no sense of pushiness or obnoxious sales tactics; instead, the staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. What impressed me the most was their level of knowledge and expertise. They patiently answered all my questions, guiding me through the options with confidence and clarity. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and friendliness in a car dealership, but Mercedes Benz of Grapevine has mastered it. I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also grateful for the exceptional service. Highly recommended and can’t speak highly enough of Scott and Basel, they are both a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. More
