Bart, my go-to service person, takes the information he needs, looks I've described or invites me to sit in one of three sitting areas while the oil is changed. Coffee is provided at a self-serve station and yummy cookies were available before Covid. Hated to see those go away! When the car is ready I'm informed and all paperwork is completed and folded neatly into an envelope for me to keep in my records. It all runs seamlessly from this customer's observation. Kudos to management for hiring all the right people and keeping it all running smoothly!
