I'm a huge fan of Crown Acura and Bart Bartley. Every time I've come here for service they fix it very fast, give me a loaner car, the car is done when they say it will be and I know pretty much w Every time I've come here for service they fix it very fast, give me a loaner car, the car is done when they say it will be and I know pretty much what it will cost when I drop it off. BEST OF ALL, on two occasions I've dropped it off saying I needed new brakes (they were squealing occasionally) and both times they said the brakes were fine and didn't need to be changed. They could have done the work unnecessarily and I would have never known and happily paid the bill. I thought that was extraordinarily ethical business practice. Will continue coming back! More

I'm very Discussed how mechanics steady trying to rip innocent people off. I thought if I take my Acura SUV to such a big name place and by having a Acura I would get a great service. Let me tell you what great service I got. There is nothing great about this place/service except bunch of rip-off mechanics and manager that doesn't care what his mechanics throw at him. Whatever Crown Acura Mechanic say is wrong with a vehicle Bert "the manager" except it instead of making sure that really the problem..They lie to him and he fulls for it. I brought my car to Crown Acura 3+ months ago and I was told that my alternator needs to be fixed And several other things. I end up not fixing my car there because my husband told me it doesn't sound like anything wrong with my alternator and told me to get a second opinion, and i did. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the alternator 3+ months later I'm still driving on the same alternator and no issues. The only thing that needed to be fixed is my differential need it a new replacement. I still have my written estimate that I received from the manager Bert at Crown Acura that says everything that needed to be fixed and out of all those things only one problem end up getting fixed by a different mechanic and my car is driving like it’s bran new again. They also charge me $300 for checking my SUV and giving me wrong answers, WHY?. I gave 3+ month before I’m leaving this feedback. I want to make sure nothing was wrong with what got fixed and to make sure it wasn’t something else or the alternator and it definitely not the alternator. Please BEWARE who you give your car to. Even a big place like Crown Acura tries to rip you off. More
