They ware very popular in Naples & couldn't promise me a car for months. I then called North Olmsted and started the process with Ceil Cohen. Being a Clevelander I wanted to buy my car in Cleveland. Ceil worked with me and we decided on all the extras and she ordered my car. After a while being in Florida I decided to wait for the 2019 models coming out. Barry then took over after having been given all my info & travel schedule from Ceil. Barry was fantastic even texted me while in Greece on vacation to tell me my car was HERE! The whole experience with Barry was great , he had all the paperwork done when we arrived back into Cleveland and unveiled my beautiful car! !Well worth the wait and I can't wait to drive it this season in Florida. Another outstanding experience! We decided to buy our E350W as our lease was expiring. This was the 8th Mercedes we’ve leased from Bernie Moreno’s dealership over the past 10 years. Our experience in purchasing this car was typical of the outstanding treatment we’ve been afforded by the the well/trained professionals at this dealership. They made the process very easy for us and were a pleasure to deal with. We want to single out Barry Sisler who guided us through the purchase transaction in a very kind and efficient manner. We also want to thank Heldar Rosa and Michael Ryba for their assistance. We look forward to continuing our relationship with all of them and referring our friends. More
