Metro Toyota treats every customer like family. They could easily raise prices and be on par with others in the area but they believe in a better business model of keeping prices as low as they can They could easily raise prices and be on par with others in the area but they believe in a better business model of keeping prices as low as they can. My husband bought a Corolla from Metro in 2016 and had such an excellent experience that when we decided to upgrade we knew Metro would take care of us. Even though we live in Tennessee now, we didn't consider any other dealer but Metro. When we came recently to purchase a 2023 Camry we got to meet one of the owners who told us they get so many repeat customers like us because they make it a priority to treat people right. We did not get jerked around on the price and our salesperson did a good job of helping us find the right fit for our needs and explaining the features. Our finance manager explained our financing options clearly and took so much hassle out of having to deal with banks or credit unions for a loan. I would recommend this dealer to every single person looking for a new Toyota. More
