Overall positive We went in already knowing what car we wanted and the dealer worked well with us to get us what we were looking for. We did not feel highly pressured We went in already knowing what car we wanted and the dealer worked well with us to get us what we were looking for. We did not feel highly pressured to purchase something we didn't want. The only negative might be that we feel they didn't put in more effort to locate a RAV XLE without a premium package to offer as an alternative to the LE that we ended up buying. We were very pleased with the amount the dealer gave us on our trade-in. More
