Bought a 2027 BMW over 6 weeks ago. Still have not got my plate. Called title clerk 2 weeks was told she would look into it and call me back with in the hour. No return call. Called my sales guy last week, said he would look into it and call me first thing Monday. No return call. Calle the general mgr. and left a detailed message of my issue. No call back. When they are trying to sell you something they dont mind hounding you with calls but after that you are on your own. I knew I should have went to Lubbock where I bought the last BMW. Next time I will ! More
