How every car dealership should be run! I was referred to Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda by a friend, and I have repeatedly thanked him for not only turning me on to the MAZDASPEED 3, but the way you folks do business. Montrell, not only are you the first person I will contact when I need another vehicle, you are a friend that I enjoy just talking with while my car gets a free wash, so much so that I forget it's sitting outside idling for the next hour. Not your typical car salesman I would recommend Lester Hall, Consultant, to any potential car buyer. We went in with high anxiety, not knowing what to expect, being our first time buying new, and Lester made it easy and comfortable for the both of us. Got just the car I wanted I was very impressed with the friendliness at the dealership. Everyone has been great. Amy listened carefully to all my must haves and when they could I was very impressed with the friendliness at the dealership. Everyone has been great. Amy listened carefully to all my must haves and when they couldn't all be met with stock on hand, followed up with exactly what I wanted from another dealership. Her quick response time got me in the Mazda I really wanted instead of my second choice. Justin in finance was very easy to talk to and make all the options understood. I enjoyed working with him. First car buying experience was fantastic! Morrie's Mazda made my first car buying experience a positive one. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The sales employee who helped me, Montrell, was great to work with. He was very informative, fun and easy to get along with, and made the whole process go very smoothly. I really liked how I didn't feel pressured from him or anyone to make a certain decision. I felt very comfortable and felt as if he really cared about what I wanted and finding the right car for me. I couldn't have asked for a better dealership to work with. I am more than happy with my new car and would recommend anyone looking for an honest, easy and friendly car buying experience to check out Morrie's Mazda! More

Great Customer Experience I was impressed with the organization of Morrie's Mazda as a whole. Arich was the salesperson I worked with but when it came to a question regarding finance or structuring he was able to get me in touch with Barb or Charlie immediately to answer my questions. I felt like everyone was working together well, which is not always the case with car dealerships. It helped me to reach a decision more quickly, and definitely made me feel more confident about a purchase. More

Mike's the man I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperati I met Mike O two years ago when buying my first new car. After being at a couple of dealerships and working with people who were clearly in desperation to get a sale, I walked in to Morrie's Mazda and ran into Mike. He went above and beyond showing me the car I thought I might like, and turned it into my dream car that I love and cherish today. Beyond the features, speed, handling, and overall owner rewards, Mike was the most un-annoying sales guy that really let me call the shots, but matched me with a car that was Ying to my Yang. In the last couple of years, I have bought or leased 4 cars from him, as well as recommended him to my mother, boyfriend, and brother who all drove out with a Mazda they cherished as well. In one experience, I had been in an accident and needed a car fast. Mike was the first person I called when I was ready to get back on the road, and without hesitation, he had pulled the perfect car for me, brand spanking new, off the shipping truck the second it came into the dealership, drove it out to my house, and I was sold in seconds when it rolled into my driveway. The next day when I got to the dealership, it was sitting up front, shiny from being through detail and inspection, ready to go for me. This sales and service team goes beyond providing you with a piece of metal on wheels. They match you with the exact quality and price that is within your means and provides you with a car of which to be proud. Any time I, or someone I know, has needed a car, we go straight to Mike because I know they're going to love their car as much as their experience buying or leasing it. Every time I walk into the dealership I feel respected and provided for, which is far more than I would ever expect feeling from buying a car, or in this case seven :) More

Warm welcome is just the beginning. . . Before we even entered the showroom, Arich gave us a warm welcome. And it got better. Lester shared a personal love story -- with his Miata. We left to check out a similar class vehicle at another dealership, and there was no pressure to stay. When we returned, we were welcomed back like old friends. And it got better. During the sales discussions and paperwork signing party, Barb gave us Halloween candy, and asked us if we wanted coffee or water -- not once, not twice, but three times! And it got better. Andy was very kind, and gave us a good price on our old trade-in. And it got better. Most of the crew even stayed after closing hours to get us into our new CX-5. It couldn't get any better. More

Great service and great cars! I recently purchased a new 2014 Mazda CX-9 from Morries Mazda in Minnetonka, and I couldnt be more pleased. I called about a car I found online, and s I recently purchased a new 2014 Mazda CX-9 from Morries Mazda in Minnetonka, and I couldnt be more pleased. I called about a car I found online, and spoke to sales person Jody Johnson. WIthin 30 minutes I arrived at the dealership and she took the time to show me the car and accompanied me for a test drive. I made an appointment to come back a couple of days later to see the car again with my husband, and we bought it! We were probably at the dealership for a few hours between test drive and driving home with the car that evening, but during the waiting period everyone including Jody made us feel welcome and kept us informed of the process. The paperwork was explained well and we were completely satisfied with the loan we received (we got the best rate at the dealership vs 3 places we shopped around at prior). Prior to this purchase I bought a used Mazda 6 from this same dealership and everytime I bring it in for service I feel taken care of. The service waiting area is top notch and so are both the sales and service teams! Thanks Jody Johnson and Morries Mazda for making car buying and service so easy!! More

I bought HAPPY! From the moment Jody offered to grab the jump box to open the trunk of the Mazda 5, buying a new car transformed from a nightmare to a dream for me. It might have been more difficult for the team who had to deal with the first winter storm of the season, drive a different car than originally expected up from another dealership and address a major mistake on my part after the paperwork was signed. Staying within budget was key to making this a success and everyone respected that need. I am thrilled with the car and the dealership. More

Morrie's Mazda Victorious in Quest for My New Vehicle I began my quest for buying a new car by mapping out all the various Dealerships in my area. On Monday of this week, I had approximately 10 Dealershi I began my quest for buying a new car by mapping out all the various Dealerships in my area. On Monday of this week, I had approximately 10 Dealerships with about 15 cars I intended to test drive; On Tuesday, having visited most of the dealers in the area, I almost opted NOT to test drive the Mazda CX-5! I figured I'd test driven enough cars, and was pretty certain I already knew what vehicle I was going to purchase, but thought, "I want to make sure I do my due diligence, and not end up asking "what if", so I ventured into Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda intent to complete my quest. Wednesday morning I had the list whittled down to 4, a little more online research, brought the list down to 2, so off for another test drive.... Success, the Mazda CX-5 was victorious, and it was all because of the "little things", the friendliness, and integrity of my sales person, Mike Ondracek and just my overall impression I had of the dealership. I have NO buyers' remorse... Loving my new vehicle!!! Looking forward to forging a strong bond between the Mazda Service Department and my new vehicle for the foreseeable future!! More
