Good selection. I found the vehicle online. The dealership seems to be behind on convenience. Not able to close without driving an hour from home and then being ther I found the vehicle online. The car wasn't ready even though we had an appt. Salesman was fine and the fiance guy was helpful. I purchased 2 vehicles from 2 dealership in the same week and there was a big difference in saving me and my daughters time between the two. More

Moe was very easy to work with and made the sales process very easy. He listened to concerns and answered questions all the way up until finance. As far as suntrup, I think the communication with service departments and scheduling any sort of appointment is a bit rough. I showed up yesterday after being told to drop my car off by 5 pm, and no one knew why I was there. The dealers are great, but the communication between departments sometimes seems a bit out of touch. Overall I loved my second experience with suntrup much more than my first and I look forward to my cars services and upcoming experiences. More
