We visited Suntrup Kia with ithe intention of checking out the Telluride.. Upon arrival Moe Saad greeted us with a willingness to assist. Moe was very knowledgeable about the Telluride and gave us the fac out the Telluride.. Upon arrival Moe Saad greeted us with a willingness to assist. Moe was very knowledgeable about the Telluride and gave us the facts but there were no Tellurides in stock and ordered cars may not be delivered for weeks or months. Moe encouraged us to test drive a 2020 Sorento and advised of the rebates and low interest financing. We were pleasantly surprised with the performance and comfort of the Sotento. However, the car I test drove was red and I am not a fan. So I kept swaying back to the Telluride despite the cost and long delay on shipment. From our conversations, Moe was aware we really would prefer getting a new SUV asap and we tend to be practical with our money. Moe reached out to other dealerships to locate a more desirable color in the Sorento then drove to make the switch. As a result, we are proud owners of 2020 Sorento at a good price. Moe Saad is a great Product Specialist. He knows his vehicles but more importantly he took the time to understand our needs and preferences. He continued serving us even after the deal was sealed. He programed the system to our specifications and provided a complete demonstration. Then he suggested taking our picture with the SUV. It was a pleasure to work with Moe Saad. We would without hesitation refer our friends and family to him for a vehicle purchase. More
