Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Would NOT recommend They promised me at key fob on the day I bought my 2018 Acura from them. Azar who I was working with said he knew the previous owner and told me when They promised me at key fob on the day I bought my 2018 Acura from them. Azar who I was working with said he knew the previous owner and told me when he handed over the key fob to my new car that he would get it from her in a couple days an mail it to me or I could come get it. Well a week went by and nothing from them. So I called him, an this became the norm every time I called “ oh she is going to drop it by in a couple days”. Well after two months of hearing that, I decided to go to the general manager which is Boyce. That has got me NO where either.. He said he would check in on it an call me back. Well that never happened either. They’ve told me twice they’ve ordered it, but hmmmm it seems to never show up.. For as big as this car dealership is You would never dream they couldn’t of resolved this in a easy timely manure., something so simply, you would think I was asking them to give me a brand new car,,, Well today is 3-31-20 an still NO Key Fob. What a joke on their commercials they say “Trust us” well they need to practice what they preach. They need to give me a reason to trust them . Never did I think that when I paid cash for my car an saved them a lot of paperwork an time that they cannot come up with my second key fob. I talked to a very reputable dealership which I sold my other Acura to an they said they always give you two key fobs, even if they have to make one. This is totally ridiculous .... More

My husband came home with a loaner Yaris while we waited for the expert to definitely say that it was the battery. A couple of days later we went down to look at getting another Toyota. We do limited driving but do need a car to get around. Azar Khan was very helpful, showed us Corollas and Camrys. It was a long afternoon and we settled on a Camry. So far, we really like the car. There is less road noise than the Prius and it corners better. We are in our mid to late 80's and never dreamed we would be buying another car at our age. We are waiting for the title to come from the state. I would like to have the paper work from our purchase, also the scheduled maintenance info. I guess we will have to wait until the title comes and we have our plates from the Prius put on. Mary Grammel More

This last round, trying to find a very limited supply vehicle, our local dealership failed us and was not helpful at all. I began researching and came across Wilsonville Toyota. Yes they are 2 1/2 hrs away from us, but they offered a “No Bull” no negotiating price. First: they had the exact vehicle we wanted coming. Second: The price they quoted me online, without any negotiating, was better than any price I negotiated with my local dealer. Third: they went way out of the way to save me even more $ with unknown Toyota rebates. If you like dickering, they are not your dealership (because they won’t) but I challenge you to beat their “No Bull” price. If you can, you’re much better negotiator than I. More

From the beginning to the end the team at Wilsonville Toyota has been won dealerships in the Portland area prior to meeting the staff at Wilsonville. From the beginning to the end the team at Wilsonville Toyota has been wonderful to work with! Azhar assisted us in purchasing a 4Runner. He is highly knowledgeable, personable and attentive. The staff went out of their way to stay till 9:30pm in order to allow us to purchase the car as a birthday gift. Since purchasing, Azhar has reached out to us and taken the time to answer our recent paperwork questions. Throughout the whole process the team was easy going and honest.
