Chris was really nice and personable, I felt comfortable working with him. I asked a lot of questions and he was was very patient with me and answered them all. Azhar Khan went way above and way beyond to help us purchase our Rav4 Prime. These cars are in super short supply and he updated me every day for weeks (at my request!) for when one would arrive at th purchase our Rav4 Prime. He called me when the car arrived and I was there 29 minutes later. It was all due to his diligence.He is wonderful to work with- conscientious, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. It felt like buying a car from a friend. He also explained all the options and helped me get a great rate. He's a 5 star salesman- I highly recommend him! Everyone else I interacted with at this dealer was also super nice and friendly. I live in Portland but Wilsonville Toyota is worth the drive for an awesome car buying experience. More

Our sales person was friendly and fast about getting us in a new vehicle. We had noticed some paint chips and scratches on the car that we were told would be taken car of. We were told that the service for in a new vehicle. We had noticed some paint chips and scratches on the car that we were told would be taken car of. We were told that the service for that would be scheduled at a later date. When it was scheduled and we brought the car in, they only fixed one scratch that was on the side and stated that’s all that will be fixed. Extremely disappointed! Don’t tell me something will be fixed and then NOT do it. Luckily Michael G. from the service department was super understanding of everything and provided me with some options to get the car fixed myself. Michael needs a raise, he went above and beyond to do what he could to help me. More
