I had a less-than-ideal experience at another dealership before coming here, and to make matters worse, I had just lost my truck to a tree branch. From the moment I walked in, Devonte Myles made the entire before coming here, and to make matters worse, I had just lost my truck to a tree branch. From the moment I walked in, Devonte Myles made the entire process a breeze. He was incredibly patient and worked with me on my budget, making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. We were there all day, but at no point did we ever feel rushed. The truck we had our eye on was still being worked on, but Devonte went above and beyond to get it out so we could see it. He even stayed late the next day just to make sure I could pick it up. The customer service here is next level! Devonte’s attention to detail and the thorough information he provided every step of the way was invaluable. He truly made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I can’t thank him enough for his help and guidance throughout this whole experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family, and I’ll be returning in the future for anything else I might need. More

I was told the seat belt was fixed and it was only set in position to look fixed. I was told the extended warranty was $3,000 and charged $7000. The car was priced $16,000 and I was charged $19,000. I was told that I had to set up auto pay through the company of Azeems choice and not Suncoast Credit union and unfortunately that was also another false costly statement. I paid another $103 for an oil change because how could I believe that the dealership actually changed the oil after blatant lies. Worst vehicle buying experience ever. Our first sales person, Alex, didn’t even seem like he wanted to sale us a truck and was on his phone the whole time. Then Alex went into the sales office annd came back with a price $1000 over the advertised price on the website. We asked to talk to a sales manager. After waiting for 15 minutes with no response and Alex disappearing, we went into the sales office and asked if they wanted to sale us an truck or not?After talking to a sales manager they had Justice finish the deal. Although I did have to basically beg for a bottle of water after 2 hours at the dealership. Justice was much easier to work with and closed the deal. Completely surprised when we met with the finance manager that an additional $2999 was added for who knows what??!! Some xx like the low-jack system and some BG additive that they never really explained to us was used to justify the $2999 although neither salesman or sales manager mentioned this so it was a huge surprise that seemed pretty underhanded. Then to our surprise our truck was advertised for $500 under what we paid on the dealership webpage the day after we picked it up. The truck was also supposed to have the oil changed and be detailed. The oil hadn’t been changed and the salesman said that we would get a certificate for a free oil change which we never received and the bed of the truck was dirty with some white stuff all over it. Justice went and hosed most of it out. Not a great experience picking up the vehicle and nobody there could tell us how anything worked. If we didn’t want the specific truck that you had, we would have definitely walked and bought elsewhere. Hope you use this review for training so your future customers can have a better experience!
