Ayman was great to work with. Jorgie in finance was the absolute worst. It shouldn't take 3+ hours to sign for a car we paid cash for, then she forgot to have me sign 2 documents Jorgie in finance was the absolute worst. It shouldn't take 3+ hours to sign for a car we paid cash for, then she forgot to have me sign 2 documents and asked me to come back to the dealership on 2 separate occasions, when I asked about a price discrepancy between what she was saying and Ayman and I had negotiated she never asked to speak with Ayman until I let Ayman know I wasn't happy with the experience in fiance and he asked me to go back and sort it out with her on the day of purchase. I understand she was knew but as a new person if you don't know something ask questions instead of making it a horrible experience. Someone should send her back to training before letting her work on her own before you lose more future clients. My husband and I are planning to by another car and I'll consider reaching out to Ayman but would walk out on a possible purchase if I had to work with Jorie again. More

Fînance guy baliffput me down for 84 months of financing when only wanted 54 max. He put ad ons which i did not want..i put 20 thousand down! The last hour i felt distracted as he was joking around, askîng if i liked his music, asking personal questions etc More

Misleading in every way possible starting with a bad deal (still don’t know why I couldn’t get 0% financing when your website states otherwise to include within the disclaimer to failing to send me the paper (still don’t know why I couldn’t get 0% financing when your website states otherwise to include within the disclaimer to failing to send me the paperwork to finalize the deal to failing to keep me informed to not knowing where the car was being delivered from to not knowing the car had arrived at Brandon for several days to trying to give me a car that was dirty, 500+ miles, wasn’t clean, and had a cracked windshield. Brandon Honda lies, has no clue about the status of their car/inventory, and just adds one insult after another to the customer. Without any reservation, Brandon Honda has lost our business due to being a complete train wreck and total joke. More
