As an out-of-state buyer of a car that was only seen online, my sales rep (Avy Velez) at Lakeland Audi made the sales process seamless and was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire pr online, my sales rep (Avy Velez) at Lakeland Audi made the sales process seamless and was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. He was able to communicate via call, text, video and email in a very professional manner. The dealership was able to handle many administrative items electronically, and the final paperwork that required wet-ink signatures was completed via overnight mail. Avy provided competitive quotes for financing as well as transport options (to Boston). I would highly recommend both Avy and Lakeland Audi as a customer-centric automotive group!
