He was courteous and had, or was able to get, answers to all questions that we had about the truck we ultimately purchased. The only dissatisfaction we had was that we did not get a Owner's Manual for the truck and when we asked Leon if and how we could acquire one he was VERY passive about it. We are now struggling with no way to learn how to operate the truck's functions and accessories; radio, clock, a/c, 4 wheel drive, etc., plus we have no Manufacturers Schedule for Maintenance. Your Service Department was very well represented by Cory Alvord as well as Austin Sims of the Finance Department. More

Salesman poor knowledge of truck,finance hurried paper work. Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was it was electronic. I had traded a 4 wheel drive Colorado. It had a switch on the dash showing the 3 changes to the drive train. It partly fault on my reasoning that maybe the Ford was different setup My biggest concern for me was being able to get into the truck easy. My son-in-law has a Chevy 4 wheel drive and I have trouble getting into it. I wasn't worried that the truck wasn't 4 wheel drive I just liked the way it drove and handled. Also I was hurried signing paperwork since I financed it thru GM. It was a long time since I had to finance a vehicle the last one paid cash. The finance person just handed me papers and said sign here. I thought he would go thru everything with me but he didnt. I left his room and went back to salesman's desk waited 2 and a half hours and salesman came out with the envelope and said I was good to go. I only talked to salesman 3 times during the time I had to wait. I just wanted to leave was tired of waiting and wasn't feeling well. I went back two days later to talk to the finance guy and told him I wanted answers for how I was treated and he did try to explained to me what, happened. All I know that I will not buy another vehicle from either of your dealerships. More

Why haven’t I came here earlier? My last truck I bought from a different Chevrolet dealership and I thought I was treated well there. After I went to Ben Davis for the first time, I realized that what I thought was “good” service at my last dealership was not in the same league as Ben Davis. I gave, what I thought to be, a pretty tough mission on the price i wanted to pay. Instead of trying to sell me a cheaper vehicle, they did everything in their power to get me into the vehicle I wanted to be in with a deal that I’m still surprised with. I’ll be making the extra drive to Ben Davis for my future vehicles. More
