Great service BUT contacting service department via telephone frustrating. Receptionist says someone will call you back “by 6 pm” that day. It takes days to get a call back and on one occasion no call telephone frustrating. Receptionist says someone will call you back “by 6 pm” that day. It takes days to get a call back and on one occasion no call back at all. I know there are a lot of issues right now but don’t set expectations you can’t meet. More
