Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More

They held the vehicle overnight, and I came back the next day to purchase it. I had a pre-approval from a credit union, but they found a better rate to save on my payment. Wasif was great. He very easy to work with from start to finish and provided a great, comfortable experience. My wife couldn't make it to the dealership for the purchase, so Wasif came to our house to get the paperwork signed. More

This was my 3rd time purchasing a car from Austin at Wilsonville Toyota, and every time, the process has gotten easier and smoother! I even went to the Corvallis Toyota first as I live much closer to th Wilsonville Toyota, and every time, the process has gotten easier and smoother! I even went to the Corvallis Toyota first as I live much closer to that, and they told me the earliest they could get me a white RAV4 Hybrid with black interior would be late January. That’s them even looking at inventory headed elsewhere. At Wilsonville, Austin didn’t have any in stock, but he was able to reroute a vehicle headed to Washington to his dealership, and I got it in a week, and closer to the price range I was looking for. Austin has pulled through for me every time. I’ll definitely be back! More
