Customer follow up failure Since I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 last month, I've relied on You Tube for tutorials on the operation of this amazing automobile. Truly a marvel in tech Since I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 last month, I've relied on You Tube for tutorials on the operation of this amazing automobile. Truly a marvel in technology. Due to the virus it was difficult to talk to anyone on the operations of the car, I was given a business card of an associate which I have left messages for several weeks to arrange time to have my questions answered. I'v never received a return call , even call in the front desk to talk to someone else has failed. TODAY, finally after being cut off from the front desk twice I persisted and finally was referred to Austin Faul who assured me that if I went in tomorrow someone from be available to talk to. More
