We were both satisfied with the service and price. I would recommend checking them out if you're looking for a Honda. Yesterday I went in for a routine service (oil change). My Odyssey has 93,000 miles and runs great! We have always gone here for service. My service advisor, John, reviewed the results of our free inspection and helped me plan for future maintenance costs. Brakes. I really appreciate that he didn't try to scare me but helped me plan for the cost. We have always been satisfied with our service advisors. They really help with cost looking for coupons and forewarning of impending maintenance issues. More

Brand new but not new I recently purchased an Accord and shortly after, there was a recall on the airbag. I have not purchased a car in over 10 years and Auggie went above I recently purchased an Accord and shortly after, there was a recall on the airbag. I have not purchased a car in over 10 years and Auggie went above and beyond to help me understand the needs of the car. He explained things in detail to service my car needs and the smartest solutions to alleviating the needs of the car quickly. He is definitely the right man for the job and needs a raise! :) More

The only issue I have is with Chris in your finance department who is deceitful and not to be trusted. On my last purchase in October 2016 due to some miscommunications concerning our purchase Chris told us he would mail us a $100 gift card to make up for our troubles. After making numerous calls to him and not ever receiving the gift card or a return call I have decided this would be the last car I purchase from your dealership. During our first purchase you were kind enough to respond to an earlier concern I had in the service department and you honored your commitment at that time. You have a great dealership and we love our Honda but your finance department and specifically Chris do not favor customer relations. I do not need a response and am not asking for the gift card now but wanted you to know the quality of your cars is outstanding, your service is department is great but Chris needs some training. More

Es increíble ver cómo siempre tiene una disposición de ayudar al cliente sin buscar la forma de hacer una venta. Llegue con un grave problema en mi vehículo donde estaba entre hacer el servicio de mi carro en el dealer por el tema del costo. El me dio las bases suficientes para yo tomar la determinación de hacer el trabajo que mi vehículo requería... hoy día me doy cuenta que fue una de mis mejores decisiones y todo por qué Augustine no solo me ofreció el servicio al cliente que cualquier persona debe tener si no que el fue más allá brindándome su atención como si fuese mi amigo de muchos años. Sin más me despido y bastante agradecido de encontrar personas que sienten y tienen pasión por lo que hacen y es digno de respeto y admiración. I arrived with a serious problem in my vehicle where I was between doing the service of my car in the dealer for the subject of the cost. He gave me enough ground to make the determination to do the job my vehicle required ... today I realize it was one of my best decisions and all because Augustine not only offered me the customer service that anyone He must have but that he went beyond giving me his attention as if he were my friend of many years. Courteous and service was completed ahead of schedule. Mr. Cardona stepped in to fill the gap since my previous service representative no longer worked there and the service appointment desk had made my ap Mr. Cardona stepped in to fill the gap since my previous service representative no longer worked there and the service appointment desk had made my appointment for a service rep that was not there at the time of my appointment. He listened to my service requests and make sure that I was aware of the costs for the services requested. My CRV was ready for me about 30 minutes before the estimated time of completion. All of the staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. The only complaint I have is that after purchasing 4 new tires I found a Brandon Honda hang tag on my rear view mirror offering me a deal to purchase 3 new tires and get the fourth tire free. Needless to say, I wish I had been aware of this offer at the time my service was written up so that I could have taken advantage of the savings. More
