The estimate and the final charges were right on the money. The greeter and the service tech were friendly. The tech made sure he understood what items were of concern to me and assured me that if anything needed to addressed during the servicing of the vehicle that he would call me personally to update and explain, which he did. This was not my first time bring the vehicle in and the level of care, concern and respect has been consistent. Can't ask for anything beyond what Brandon Honda given. Thanks More

My go to service adviser is Augustine Cardona, and if I know he won't be working the day I bring my car in, I'll schedule my maintenance service on a day he will be there. All the advisers are super nice and knowledgeable, but we all have our favorite, and Augustine is mine. He is 20 steps ahead of the game, and can jungle a million things at one time, even while answering the million questions I'm firing at him:) He has definitely helped me understand the what and why of my car, and does it in terms I can understand! My daughter just recently purchased a new a vehicle from here, and yep.... Augustine's business card was the first thing I put in her car! Thank you for the great service Brandon Honda!! Patty More

Mr. Cardona took the time to satisfactorily answer all of my questions. He also made arrangements for LIFT services to take me home while my car was being repaired and pick me up after repair. Mr. Cardona called me to let me know about additional repairs (new tires and brakes) that needed to be done. He took the time to explain why these repairs should be done soon, and Brandon Honda can get it done to my satisfaction. I agreed to have new tires installed, and my brakes done at Brandon Honda. I was very pleased with Mr. Cardona professionalism and the exceptional customer service. I am also very pleased with the repairs done on my car. More

And even called like 30 mins after I left to remind me of the follow up visit for a brake issue I'm having with one of the brake calipers , I thought that was real nice of him . Tire Replacement We bought 4 new Michelins about a month back and yesterday morning my wife saw one of the tires was dead flat with a hole on the side. It didn't really look like road damage but Augustine at Brandon Honda took my wife in right away, ordered a new tire, and installed it all in a few hours with no charge. Great, quick service I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday for an electrical problem. My car died and would not start. I called AAA, got the car started, and wa I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday for an electrical problem. My car died and would not start. I called AAA, got the car started, and was told by the tech that the battery was good, but the alternator was bad. I drove to Honda, where the service advisor informed me that the alternator was, but the battery was bad. Within 30 minutes I was out the door with a new battery. I use this dealership whenever I need service. I do like the place, but HATE the in house music. Note to GM, get some some adult in house music. Most of your clients are over 35, not 19. More
