I was received in a professional & courteous manner. I was then informed the car I planned to test drive had been sold the previous night thru an associated dealership. I was devastated. After a lengthy I was then informed the car I planned to test drive had been sold the previous night thru an associated dealership. I was devastated. After a lengthy explanation of said association I was told they could call out of state dealers to see if a similar car could be located for me. After some time of Brian & others being on phone 3 cars had been found that satisfied to some extent as a replacement. We settled on a car found in Highland IN. This required waiting a couple days for me to see & test drive. August did find an earlier model on his lot which I drove that day. Returned 2 days later to test drive car. Brian suggested driving it home. So dealer plates were installed. The next day I returned with title & bank check. So far so good. Thanks. More

Salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. I got the car I wanted but I feel I was taken advantage of by adding on all these things and I wound up with a car payment that was so much more than I got the car I wanted but I feel I was taken advantage of by adding on all these things and I wound up with a car payment that was so much more than I expected and will certainly change my standard of living in a not so good way.
