From the upfront pricing, a low pressure environment and the finance portion, end each step was low stress and easy. My sales person Atul Sharma was the best I ever had. He had the exact car ready to go when I arrived. He greeted me when I arrived with the keys in hand for a test drive and had had my vehicle appraised in 30 minutes. The pricing was transparent and up front with no surprises, and it was the lowest of any dealership in the Phoenix area. I got a very fair trade in price that was also effortless. Finally, the finance person Issa Farah clearly explained all finance related items was low pressure, and reasonable with his approach and seemed to truly look out for our best interests. I have bought many new vehicles in my life, several from Honda, Toyota and Lexus. This entire experience from start to finish with Showcase Honda was the single best buying experience I have had to date. I was in and out of the dealership on the day I purchased in under two hours with a trade in. Even the follow up phone call from a woman at the dealership was a pleasure. What a great dealership and a great team! I will be back, and would highly recommend them. More

A Texting Deal I was steered to Showcase Honda via Edmunds. Living in Arizona, my options were limited in the city in which I live. The texting started with my req I was steered to Showcase Honda via Edmunds. Living in Arizona, my options were limited in the city in which I live. The texting started with my requesting a specific make, model, color, and accessories, including free all season floor mats and cargo liner. This went on for a couple of days. I explained my expectations and my unwillingness go above my price point. My vehicle hit their lot on Tuesday. Via text, we settled on the price, the amount of my down payment and financing terms. Showcase Honda drove to my city that day, picked me up and drove me back to Phoenix to sign the paperwork. I was greeted at the door by Sharma when I arrived, the "best" A Rated Salesman. He showed me the vehicle, which we immediately named "Betty". Betty was sitting in the dealer showroom. We sat and spoke a minute. I was then passed to Richard, who happened to grow up in my hometown and not only attended, but graduated from my high school. Richard was the "best" MVD title processor and took care of the financial/financing transactions. Once that was taken care of, Sharma took me back to the vehicle and gave me a few quick lessons about the vehicle I had just purchased. I was in and out of there in about 3 hours. He was not going to be onsite for my visit so he arranged for me to complete the purchase process with Aaron McDonald, also an internet sales manager. The process was smooth (I knew what I wanted) and the price was very competitive. I was surprised that they matched an offer from a national chain. I got a very fair price, no gimmicks or games. I actually live in San Diego but flew in to Phoenix because they were only 1 of 2 dealerships in the US that had the car I wanted. I initially spoke to Juan on the 24th and he was nothing but helpful. He even made himself available via text over Christmas. Not expected but very nice. The day after I get a call from Atul Sharma. He made the whole buying process painless. He recognized that I was an out of state buyer. So we negotiated a price over email phone and text...and had it in writing before I stepped foot on an airplane. When I arrived at the airport they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I didnt even wait 15 minutes from the time I was off the plane til pickup. At the dealership Atul let me test drive the car before signing anything. We then waited about 45 mins before going into the title/ finance office. Archi, the finance rep, did not try to sell me anything. He mentioned an aftermarket warranty but I declined and that was that. I spent 15 mins with him and was out the door. From there Mr Sharma was waiting by the car in the delivery area. He paired my phone and briefly explained the features. That was it. Painless. I would recommend this dealer and this sales team to anyone. More
