We leased a Tucson and Sonata in 2010, turned them in in 2013 and bought another Sonata. This week we traded the 2013 Sonata for a 2015 Sonata. We dealt with Atilla at Shortline and it was a great experience - something like visiting at a friends home. Never have we felt pressured to buy and Atilla was efficient, kind and thorough, going over all of the features on the car with us before we left. He clearly explained the options and features of all the cars without any of the condescending talk that your usually get at a car dealership. Attila made the whole experience so easy (with no pressure at all) that we left feeling happy and excited about my new car, rather than feeling stressed about the experience. Everything was clearly laid out and although he had to tend to other customers in different stages of their sale, I was given ample attention in between filling out the paperwork. They let me leave in my new car although there were some matters to be finalized. When i came by later in the day and two days later to tie things up, everyone remembered and greeted me as if I were the most important customer. I highly recommend this place and my salesman in particular. More

Attila Szabo spent around 2 hours or more with me showing me around every car he could find that met my specifications. He was very helpful and personable without putting any undue pressure on me to buy. I borrowed the Veracruz overnight and continued shopping at a couple more dealerships before I came back the next day to purchase the car. Darrick, the sales manager, gave us a great deal on the vehicle, even throwing in an additional discount because I am a teacher. The final price was below fair market value for the car as listed on Edmonds.com, so I decided not even to dicker as I felt this was absolutely fair. More
