Impressive Service Experience This was my our first service and included windshield replacement as well as the initial 5000 mile service for our new Audi Q5 - since the glass insta This was my our first service and included windshield replacement as well as the initial 5000 mile service for our new Audi Q5 - since the glass install was performed by an outside company , we relied on Jason McGinnis to coordinate the steps involved including loaner vehicle , Jason was excellent - I had a few questions regarding the windshield glass and Steve Gough shared his knowledge . On the day of the appointment Athena Lindquist greeted me and spent some time making sure that the work order was complete and that the outside vendor was on board for that day ; she additionally provided a contact number that I could use to inquire about the work status during the day - Athena was very professional and provided excellent customer service . Tony Hicks was very efficient and accommodating regards the loaner vehicle and at the end of the day he drove our vehicle to the front of the building for departure , again demonstrating excellent customer service . Katrina Nelson was very pleasant and professional processing our payment for the service and asked if I removed personal things from the loaner vehicle - excellent customer service . Inside was spotless when i received the car back, and the spoiler came out better than i could've imagined. The tech who worked on my vehicle was purposely assigned and i couldn't be happier they did this. My service rep is amazing, Athena, and i will be sure to continue using her for all of my audi needs.
