I’ll say it like this. 2019, came in to get a Mustang Gt base v8 trim.(29k) Check from bank in hand. I was an undergraduate student at SMU and got this same treatment. I ended up buying a Lexus the next week. This dealership has done some nonsense everytime. Had a family friend look at a vehicle- f250, new vehicle. Same outcome. If I said my car was totaled and I came looking at this vehicle then I’m pretty sure I’m here to purchase. However, I would bet that Bob Tomes wouldn’t put the vehicle on the lift, before I purchase all used vehicles must be put on a lift for visual inspection. All I hear from this response is lies. I’d love to see another review that states this same process.
