Chris and Tommy were great to deal with on the sales floor when I arrived at the dealership. Chris was excellent and truly knew the details of the vehicle. Tommy worked with us a bit on the price of the vehicle and saw to it we agreed on a deal. There was truly no pressure to buy, and this was a great experience for buying a vehicle. Jen in the finance office was thorough with the paperwork, yet quick. I would recommend Volvo of Lisle to anyone interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. By the way, I LOVE my 2019 XC90. More

Lolita was great when we arrived to pick it up, took the car to detailing to fix a couple scuffs, and went over all of the car's features with us. Jennifer helped us with finance, and everything was exactly as we agreed to in advance. No hidden fees, window etch charges, nitrogen tire fills, extended warranties, or any other tricks! Lolita was very knowledgable about the car and differences between configurations, and was really a joy to work with. Her and my wife really clicked which made the few hours spent there fly by.
